Although Northstone Builders strives to build a home with zero defects, we realize that problems can arise after closing. In an effort to provide our homebuyers with the best warranty service, we ask that you inform us of any issues. Please complete the online form below, click "Submit", and a Northstone representative will contact you within one business day to schedule a time to come look at the issues. Work will be completed within seven business days of our representative’s visit to your home. You must be available to meet our warranty personnel or one of our subcontractors. We will not enter a home without the homeowner or a representative present.  Service will be taken care of during normal business hours (8am – 4pm, Monday-Friday).

* Emergency defined as: total loss of heating or air conditioning, total loss of electricity or loss of power to all major appliances, gas leak, complete plumbing stoppage, roof leak.
