Houston Business Journal - Sienna Plantation Adds Builder to Custom Home List

Northstone Builders has announced that it will build in Sienna Plantation in The Forest, with homes ranging from $700,000 to more than $1 million.

Later this year, Northstone will begin building a model home within Sienna's Luxury Home Idea Village, the first custom model home park.

"The development of a custom model home park is a significant investment for Sienna and for the six custom-home builders involved, and illustrates the builders' confidence in Sienna's future growth," says Sienna General Manager Michael Smith. "The Luxury Home Idea Village is the place to come for design ideas, no matter whether visitors are building their first home or planning their ultimate dream home."

The idea contributed to a record year for custom home sales in Sienna, with more than 70 homes sold in 2006, he says.

Northstone also builds in Woodcreek Reserve in Katy and in the Memorial Villages area, and on homesites in the Houston area through its "Luxury on Your Land" program with prices topping $3 million.
