Northstone Builders Strengthens Home Building Business Through Peer Networking
Houston, TX - Jeff Stone, president of Northstone Builders is continually learning from his peers how to build better homes, improve business practices, and increase overall customer satisfaction. As a member of the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Builder 20 Club program, Jeff meets regularly with other builders for an open exchange of information and advice. Northstone is a member of the club that most recently met for two days in Washington D.C., on April 28th.
NAHB’s Builder 20 Club program is a unique networking and educational opportunity available exclusively to NAHB members. Groups of twenty builders from similar, non-competing home building businesses meet regularly to discuss proven techniques and the latest trends in design, production, and management. The knowledge they gain from each other enables Builder 20 Club members to improve their business operations, elevate the quality of the homes they build, and raise their standards of customer service.
Jeff said, “I am excited about the positive effects this program will have for all participants. We see each club member finding ways to improve operations and the quality of their product. We believe our customers will greatly benefit.”
The clubs meet several times a year, enabling Northstone to continue improving its business over the years with the valuable information it garners from these builder networking meetings.
